塔望科技研發(fā)的無創(chuàng)無束縛鼠肺功能WBP全身體積描記系統(tǒng)whole-body plethysmograph,WBP可對(duì)清醒自由活動(dòng)動(dòng)物呼吸參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,如呼吸頻率,潮氣量,氣道高反應(yīng)性測(cè)試(Airway hyperresponsiveness,AHR等。測(cè)試過程中,動(dòng)物可以處于清醒自由狀態(tài),避免了創(chuàng)傷性氣管切開及麻醉的影響,使實(shí)驗(yàn)過程更加簡(jiǎn)便,用于呼吸系統(tǒng)模型動(dòng)物對(duì)藥物等反應(yīng)性研究,呼吸性藥物的藥理和毒理學(xué)研究,特別適合于大批量動(dòng)物快速初篩試驗(yàn),適合長(zhǎng)期跟蹤研究和重復(fù)性篩查。
